Sourcing & factory vetting
Separating manufacturers from traders, verifying capacity and consistency, and quoting only what a production line can actually run.
Shanghai, China. Fifteen years in export.
I take a product from specification to container — sourcing, factory vetting, sampling, quality control, documentation, shipping — for brand owners and industrial buyers in Europe.
I run a one-man export business. Fifteen years in, the work is mostly the same thing done carefully: understand what a buyer actually needs, find the right production line for it, and keep every step visible until the goods are on the water.
Most of my work is private label — fishing tackle, technical textiles, industrial covers — where the buyer holds the brand and I hold the chain behind it. I quote from real factory numbers rather than estimates, and if a specification cannot be met I say so before it costs anyone money. Buyers who test first, then scale, tend to stay; that is the whole of my business model.

Hooks and terminal tackle, tackle bags and textile goods, custom covers. Your brand, your specification, production and packaging behind it.
Quotation through to shipping documents: batch records, carton marks, customs paperwork, and a tracking number you can check yourself.
I build and run the websites and tooling behind my own trading — content systems, cost calculators, and the automation that keeps sourcing and outreach honest.
What I source, specify and ship.
Send the specification, the target quantity and the market. If it is something I can source well, you will get a straight answer either way.
